I've noticed lately that my favorite blogs to read are not the same as the blog that I find most helpful and useful.
Tim Stevens writes Leading Smart, and I find that I save and return to his posts more than any other blog.
He writes on church leadership topics such as programming, the creative process, and the reasons behind his church's decisions.
I find his posts insightful, motivating, and helpful.
